  13.      Microsoft Help Compiler Version 3.1 or later

  15. VBRUN200.DLL

  17.      Visual Help requires the VBRUN200.DLL available  on
  18.      most online services and BBS's.  You can get a copy
  19.      from WinSIG BBS 714-363-9802  2400/9600-8-n-1.
  20.      VBRUN200.DLL should be copied to Windows Directory.
